I’m writing this as a 30 year sales professional of technical products that met with a career stopping layoff due to CV19. My very first phone call from Michael caught me in a highly indecisive and directionless moment in time, however Michael had the tact and listening skills to slow me down and just think about where I was and where I wanted to go.
